While the characters aren't forbidden from seeing the results of their bioscan, it probably wouldn't be offered to them unless they asked to see it. If she asks, she would be given full access to the results and her records (and would be if she asked at City Hall during her stay in the Quarantine) but they wouldn't go out of their way to tell her she was a clone.
