Amidst all the malls and other shops, are there any tailors/seamstresses, or at least places that sell bolts of fabric? I realized Cecelia will want to dress in what she's familiar with, and that means long Regency dresses. If not that, could she reasonably find long dresses/skirts that aren't formal wear?
