I don't see why a Robin Hood type thief wouldn't be able to get by! While IC actions do merit IC consequences every now and again, Riverview has a thriving underground/black market and is supporting at least a few actual non-Robin-Hood-type criminals that have been up to a lot of mischief. I am more than willing to work with you and any other player who would like to get into trouble, including stealing from or scamming NPCs (celebrities, government officials, etc.), and obviously plotting those things with fellow players would be totally fine.
I highly enjoy fostering and supporting player plot and making the game flexible enough to handle whatever players would like to do with it, so if you do decide to apply and are approved, or even if you just post on the TDM, feel free to come at me any time with questions or ideas and we'll work on it!
