Thanks for your question! If the bioscan doesn't match what the character says they are, then the orientation team would sit with her and explain that there was a mismatch. It would be gentle at first, they would assume she might not know that she's inorganic.

If it came out that she was lying, they would get her to share as many details as they could about what she is, but they wouldn't 'out' her as not human if that is how she chooses to present. In play, the government would know her actual nature, but other characters in the game would not unless they found out on their own.
