Thanks for your question! All Might would be able to do video/voice anonymous providing he was able to disguise himself/his voice. He could either have a secondary "burner" device with its own username for his hero identity (a few characters in game already do this) or he could ask for a secondary username for his hero identity and use it on the same device.
