If she was not satisfied with their first answer or attacked before they could finish, they would probably hit her with a futuristic stun gun of some sort to keep her still but conscious, and then try to explain where she is and why in a way that would make her feel safer.
They would definitely do their best not to hurt her. As for what they would tell her, essentially anything that is available on the info pages is free for characters to know. The Quarantine is all about transparency.
