First, I am wondering if there any regulations in place (like there probably should be...) that would prevent a person under 18 from buying guns or hunter blades for themselves. Yes/no? And also seeing how that can be gotten around with the right friends or other, my second question is this: would they get in trouble if caught by local law enforcement?

Alternatively, if it isn't an issue, would a youth carrying a gun be a thing done on a case by case scenario? Like earning a youth license or something. Anything you decide is fine. I'm just curious for future reference on what Carl will learn because the kid is an apocalypse survivor and all.
