two questions! one is general(ish) and the other is character specific

1) for characters who have a birthday while in game, specifically underage characters who might have a birthday that makes them 18+, will they be allowed to partake in adult activities after said birthday? or do they remain the age the were when they arrived?

2) nico's dad, hades, is also the god of wealth. as such, nico has a credit card thingy that basically has a lot of money on it. can it be used in quarantine? what about monetary exchange, like say drachmas for units? is that possible?
