1) If a character arrives in game underage and has a birthday that makes them 18+, they would be allowed to partake in adult activities after said birthday.
2) Unfortunately, any money that is not physical in nature couldn't be brought through the portal, as there would be no way to connect with the associated account once the portal no longer led to the original reality.
