(TL; continuing the pregnancy works best as it causes the least stress for Letha)
First of all one must know that Letha's daughter is the result of an arranged marriage. She and her husband ended up falling madly in love, despite the point of the marriage being a punishment for both of them. Letha considers her husband and child to be the most important things on the planet, and would kill for them without breaking a sweat.
So necromancers in Letha's world can contact the afterlife in their sleep, but if they die while doing that they don't turn into ghosts properly. This happened to her, which effectively trapped both her and her unborn daughter between life and death. After a while her ghost started rotting, and became a sort of zombified version of herself with a white ball of light where her daughter used to be. Her memories post-death mostly consist of battling a magical form of dementia, slowly forgetting her husband despite his constant visits and watching herself slowly fade into nothing along with her child, which is going to make her VERY HAPPY to be alive and able to remember things clearly when she comes into the game.
I think while the miscarriage and premature birth create complications for obvious reasons, suddenly finding herself in a new world without her husband OR her child would be equally if not more distressing for her. The best idea would probably be for her to remain pregnant normally, if only so that she has that part of her homeworld with her.
