Thanks for your question! I don't see why this would be a problem at all. They would have to do the change through the Perimeter Guard Orientation team, since the username is the equivalent to their internet access, and the process would be about the same level of import and difficulty as changing what stuff you want on your internet and cable package, but without any cost (internet is free in Riverview).
