Thank you for the speedy response, and that makes sense! Since essentially all going outside of the 'normal dimension' does is gives the characters the ability to summon a kind of spirit that channels their spells, I figure it'll be easy to make a reason for them to be able to use them in Riverview what with plenty of other magic running rampant, hahaha.
