They're similar enough in concept that I think they both go together. If needed I can definitely use 600 points for both if that's okay?
1st level: Will allow him to draw small objects and animals. If the paper they're brought to life from is damaged in any way they'll disappear. But also he'll only be able to keep the drawings around for a maximum of 5 minutes for the 1st level. This will also apply to lexiconicy as well, in terms of lexiconicy's use I figure words that he imbues that have no physical manifestation will last for a shorter duration of time. For example if he writes the word 'stop' it'll actually stop an object/person mid movement for a span of 5 seconds for the 1st level. And the more words he uses and pictures he draws the more draining it becomes.
