housing Community Housing • Alternative Housing • Private Residences Community Housing is where new arrivals are housed for free for the first month of their new life in Riverview Quarantine. Located in a skyscraper overlooking the river, Community Housing offers sturdily pre-furnished and largely communal quarters. While residents are free to find housing that may better suit their lifestyle elsewhere in the city, they are not only welcome to remain in the skyscraper but encouraged to do so. Furthermore, in line with the local philosophy of community building, those who choose to stay in communal or shared housing will enjoy a notably lower monthly rent. Community Housing There are 15 floors in the Community Housing building, with each offering accommodation for 10 residents, with each floor boasting a very large deck with barbecue equipment and outdoor seating, as well as glass-walled lifts on the outside of the building. There are 3 different floorplans: communal, shared, and private.

There are 9 communal floors, which have two large rooms at either end of the floor that have five single beds (with nightstand and storage trunk each), as well as desk space for every resident; they feature a large bathroom with five lockable toilet stalls and a communal shower; there is a large shared kitchen with two of each of the usual appliances (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink) and a large island for food prep; there is a shared dining area with enough seating for all 10 residents, and a large entertainment system with seating for all 10 residents.

There are 4 shared floors, which sport five two-person apartments that come with all the amenities, including a small private kitchen, bathroom, and eating area; these apartments can have two single beds or one queen by request; the balcony is still a shared space.

There are 2 private floors, which has 10 individual units for one person each; every unit has a private bathroom, single bed, and desk; kitchen, dining room, living area with entertainment center, and balcony are all shared space.

Sorry this took so long. Life got exceptionally stressful this month, but I'm back on board now!

Housing Name: The Normandy SR-2
Housing Description: The derelict shell of an interstellar stealth-reconnaissance frigate. It is seemingly crashed partway into an abandoned building a short walk outside of the inhabited zone, partially overgrown with thick vines, it is nevertheless basically functional and appears to have power.
